After a small error was noticed on our original order, we were not only provided with a corrected second order on the house, but got some stickers and hot sauce packets out of it. For such a large brand, Sticker Mule does an EXCELLENT job of making our account feel seen and taken care of.

I ordered 50 labels for my online business alienated Studios sfx, and although the design was great and I received them like 4 days early I only received a count of 12 of the labels in the package. Is this some kind of error and the rest are on the way or should I be alot more concerned?

Great Label Material is great. The orientation was wrong and I know that is no fault but mine but in haste I ordered the wrong orientation. If there was a more noticable indication of the orientation the stickers will be printed on the roll that would help. Other than that oredered as placed and quick turn.
