The backings were not put on properly... the backings were side ways, at the bottom, none were properly made!

I think the machine must have struggled that day making our buttons. There was no rhyme or reason to how the pin was placed on the backside. It did not wear properly (meaning the logo was never facing the correct way) and we had to make adjustments.
