The transfer stickers are not what I expected. The glue that holds the transfer sticker is stronger than the glue that has on the actual transfer sticker, so when you pull it off the glue pulls everything off including the glossy paper that should not fall apart. it did.

They changed my file size to 3 times bigger despite it meeting the guidelines (over 1") and also deleted part of the design. This increased the cost and they refuse to reprint.

After 3 sample orders (the first 2 were missing a significant piece of design), the 3rd sample order came back and looked good and matched approval.
