I thought I was getting vinyl lettering but I received a sheet of clear adhesive plastic with vinyl lettering under it.

I ordered 2 custom decals after a longtime employee passed away unexpectedly and I got a bad product. They wouldn’t adhere properly and seemed “heat welded” to the transfer paper. After fighting them I abandoned the product and ordered from a different company. I won’t order again.

I got an email saying it was returned to sender, tried contacting sender never got a response, then later got email saying the order is complete and delivered and never received it. Contacted post office and said they returned to sender as well.
