It was great tape. Collector is spelled wrong. That is my fault. I had to throw it away.

Perfect and exactly as I needed them

The "Packing tape" they sent me is NOT tape it is sticker stamp that needs water to work. They include a little sponge to wet the backside to make it stick. The colors are dull and blurry unlike proof they send you to approve. Total waste of time and money.

There was an issue with the first print as far as size. Contacted customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a replacement in a few days! The new print looks fantastic.

The instructions on how to provide the design file were non-existent when ordering. The comments left by employee in proof made it sound like my design would not be red, and yet, they turned out red. Yes, my fault for providing "incorrect" design, but no instructions on how to provide design, customer service said they could not help me, and now I'm stuck with useless stickers I cannot use.The ins... These are durable and gorgeous. I'm so excited to make a full order. Have to modify my design a tad, but that's on our branding and not the product. Will be ordering with the modified design for SURE.
