Little white specks everywhere

I've never had problems with sticker mule before, but the last set of sticker sheets I ordered have tons of little white specks over the design (and under the sticker laminate?). Some have little elevated bumps, so don't know what that's about but it doesn't look good at all. 1/4 of the sheets I cant use because of these defects...
