Quality on the preview was not up to par

I've used Sticker Mule before and love their quality of product but this time the image was distorted and did not look like my original design. It also took a full week to get my stickers rather than the typical 2 days. I only live about an hour from where they shipped in NY but for whatever reason were shipped to Connecticut then Ohio before they came back to New York again.. I would've ordered again but because the shipping took so long I don't want to miss my deadline by having the shipping take another week.
