Great Print Quality, Pin Mechanism Could Be Better

The pins came in and were printed to exactly match my design. My design had text wrapped to the curve of the button and they came lined up perfectly with great color. The one thing is the pin mechanism on the back. It is really hard for people to use and actually pin these on anything. It feels like the needle end needs to be bent back to open it and then bent back down to attach. I had one button not quite bend back down which cause it to come open and fall off my backpack. With that said about the mechanism, the rest is great. Print quality, size, etc. I just wish these were more usable and easier to pin. I handed one to a friend who then tried to pin it to their coat but, couldn't and then put it in their pocket instead. I imagine some percentage of the people I handed these out to at a big conference felt the same which isn't great.
