Washed out colours, low quality, waste of money.

I am 100% NOT happy with my purchase. The keychains look nothing like my artwork, or even the proof that they sent me. The colours are EXTREMELY washed out, it almost looks as though this keychain has been sat in the rain for hours. On my artwork, the colours were nice and vibrant. They were also in CMYK colour mode, so they should have been almost exact. The hot pink colour is a very dull, pale pink (not even a nice pastel pink). The blue colour is completely white! I am so confused, they are all like this so I cannot tell if this is a fault or not? I'm really unhappy, I was going to sell these on my store but I cannot do that, so I'll probably just give them away for free. If I could, I would add a picture to show how dull these keychains are. Such a shame.
