They printed my mock up background

I sent the file over with a mock up foil background in a separate layer so I could see what the image would look like on the holographic background. Sticker Mule included that layer in the print so the surrounding foil area is extremely dull and pixelated. I wasn't able to notice my foil mockup layer in the background of the proof as I assumed it was taken out and they inserted their own foil pattern for the proof.
