Very Disappointed

Sticker Mule was recommended by a colleague to create wall stickers for our classrooms. I was impressed with the turn-around time and website. It was easy to create the product and we were excited to receive them so quickly. Upon unboxing, the wall stickers were crumpled at the back section creases and appeared to have dirt/particles stuck behind the stickers. We unrolled them placed them under some wood to try to flatten them out for a few days. We put one up, and it looks bad. We followed all of the directions and took our time putting them up, but the particles are obvious and the creases are even more noticeable on the wall. Maybe this would work better for a smaller wall sticker, but with our 4' x 1' stickers, it just looks tacky. When we took it off, it peeled paint off with it. (These walls are NOT newly painted, and the stickers were left on for less than an hour.) I will be contacting customer service in hopes for a refund.
