Pins looked amazing, but one was missing back, and sticker mule did not respond to emails

First off- overall the pins are amazing and just as I requested, but one was missing a back and I wrote sticker mule to let them know. There was no response. In the scope the world today- this isn't a big deal, but I'm just surprised. Otherwise this would have been a perfect order.
