Loss of detail in print. Print arrived with dark edge that I saw in online proof and went back and forth and was told they cleaned it up and I still saw it, I confirmed again and told me they cleaned it up. Different images of the proof online were not consistent. Some showed dark edges some did not. After confirming with them I approved it, but it was still in the print when it showed up at my house. UX on file upload process could have been better. Was forced to get under 20mb which caused me to have to export as different file type than my working file. This caused some artifacts that I did not notice until seeing the shirt. If there was a better workflow for file export and upload, I did not see the instructions readily available.
