Print sizing is perfect - Screen quality to be desired

I want to preface this review by stating that I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the products I've ordered and received so far and have nothing contrary to state in regards to how much I paid for this custom t-shirt on a promo deal. However upon receiving my t-shirt in the mail last week, I noted a fair amount of print/screen debris still visibly present on the top layer of the shirt and a few loose frayed fibres on the shoulder of the garment upon taking it out of the shipping plastic. I laundered it once and it unfortunately it faded considerably after drying it in the same manner I wash all my other clothes. I'm not sure if this was a one-off defect or if this is the quality in which most prints come from StickerMule. Either way, I'd be happy to order more custom t-shirts from your webstore in the future at full price if these quality control issues can be sorted or be provided another example of what you have to offer with the same graphic to compare.
