Mixed feelings

I ordered 2 shirts of the same design ( 1 large and 1 small). The large T-shirt came out great! The colors were vibrant and it looked nice. The small shirt on the other hand, the colors were dull and the print had little flakes on it. Compared to the other shirt it was disappointing. The image was still fine overall. I would just expect that the quality of the print would be the same if you ordered multiple shirts of the same design. My feelings are mixed
