I ordered acrylic pins here. It was my first time and was little hesitant to order. I received my order on time but It had a minor defect. I was hesitant to contact them, so I left it as it is. Next day I got an email regarding the order, I explained the issue with the order, and immediately I got a reply. They quickly checked with their team and department and were ready to fix the problem. The same day they re shipped it with no charge. And today I received the rectified order. And I'm in love with my pins, they are perfect.✨😍 They were quick, they were understanding, they were friendly and most importantly they are sooo easy to get in touch with. I was so impressed. I am gonna order more items here. As a small business owner, I would be ordering more often in future, so customer service is very important for me. And sticker mule was great at this.
