We are a small DAV post in Mobile Alabama that were preparing our 100 year celebration. The first order came and the delivery guy said to my wife, sounds like something’s broken in the box (shaking it), my wife didn’t know about the order and told the guy to return it…I found out that day and wrote Stickermule and explained what happened. I was impressed that the response was so fast and effective. Your operation sent out a new order within the week and we never got to a place of panic. I wish I knew the individual who was so understanding and resolute in her communication. I appreciate good communication and problem solving as a Veteran, thank you for doing it right.
