Product never arrived

I was really disappointed. I ordered 10 pieces taking advantage of a promotion, and to think that I wanted to order hundreds. good thing I didn't because delivery was estimated for 15 June and on the 29th I still haven't received anything. Furthermore, it is not possible to check the status of the shipment or receive assistance. Embarrassing.
