Flyers were not cut properly

I ordered 50 event flyers and asked for a full bleed and no border. The prints were delivered with only the left and bottom cut (all crooked cuts). They left a white border on the right and top side of the pages (all different size white borders so difficult to remedy). I was offered a $10 coupon for the disaster job (paid $29 plus shipping). It is astonishing these were mailed out and not caught during quality control process. I think sticker mule should stick to stickers. They offered to reprint them and deliver 3 days before the event occurs. :(
