These pins were assemble crookedly and require customers to use a special Stickermule technique to rotate front design to align with the pins on the back. This is a major inconvenience and puts the product at great risk of bending. The one star is for the production help I received to ensure the font was sized correctly. The production time would receive more stars because it was fast however a representative admitted that the fast production time is because they don’t align the pin to match the design.
