Great customer service

Placed an order for 5k custom pins for my organization. Of all the bags, two contained dirty, scuffed up and scratched pins. Customer service (Kathleen) assisted me in resolving it quickly and sent out an additional group free of charge. Excellent customer service and will happily order from them again.
