Piss poor packaging.

I received my poster order yesterday, the posters were great, nice flat packaging. I received a different order of posters today that were crammed in a tube and will never be flat again. Where is the consistency? Why not give the customer the better packaging option all of the time? Is it really that hard to provide a quality product all of the time???? Very disappointed with my rolled up “posters”
