Can I generate artwork with AI when placing an order?

Yes! After choosing a product, size and quantity on the artwork upload page, you can generate artwork with Grok. Currently, the feature only works with single artworks. When ordering multi-artwork products: Only the front side of t-shirts, mailers, etc. can be generated Only artwork 1/7 of a sticker pack can be generated

Why do colors look different on screen and in print?

Screens use the RGB (red, green, blue) color model, which creates color using light. Printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color model, which creates color using transparent pigments. The RGB color model can create more colors, which are often "brighter" due to the properties of light. CMYK can produce most—but not all—of the colors in the RGB color model. The chart below represents the limits of the two spectrums. This difference can be observed even in popular brands. Below is a photo of Starbucks' on-screen logo compared to their printed cups.

If I send you a physical sticker/picture, can you match it?

No, we can't reproduce a design based on an existing product. We wouldn't be able to match the existing colors without a digital file.

How can I archive artworks or reorders?

While it's currently not possible to archive designs from /artworks, you can archive your reorders.

Are your templates compatible with Canva and Procreate?

Yes! Our templates can be used with both Canva and Procreate. We recommend downloading: .AI or PDF templates for Canva. PSD or PDF templates for Procreate. These formats help preserve your artwork and make it easier to design at the correct size.

What's the best way to export artwork from Procreate?

We recommend exporting your design as either: PSD – Best if you'd like to preserve your layers for future editing. PNG – A great option for finished artwork with high image quality. Before exporting, make sure your canvas was created at 300 PPI and the correct final dimensions for your product.

Can I create artwork in Procreate for printing?

Yes! Procreate works well for creating print-ready artwork, especially illustrations and hand-drawn designs. For the best results: Create your canvas at the final print size. Set the canvas resolution to 300 PPI before you begin drawing. If possible, choose a CMYK color profile for the most accurate printed colors. What's the best way to export artwork from Canva?

For the highest print quality, we recommend exporting your artwork as: SVG (Canva Pro only) – Best for logos and vector artwork since it stays sharp at any size. PDF Print – Available on all Canva plans and our recommended option for most designs. When exporting as a PDF: Select PDF Print. Leave Flatten PDF turned off whenever possible to preserve vector elements. If you're exporting as a PNG or JPEG: Make sure your artwork is at least 300 PPI at the final print size to ensure crisp printing.

Can I create artwork in Canva for printing?

Absolutely! Canva is a great option for creating print-ready artwork, and our templates are compatible with it. For the best results: Use one of our .ai or PDF templates as your starting point. If you have Canva Pro, switch your design to CMYK color mode for more accurate printed colors. If you're using the free version of Canva, your design will remain in RGB. That's okay! We'll convert RGB files to CMYK for printing when needed, though colors may shift slightly. Design your artwork at the final print size whenever possible. Why is the backing showing through my acrylic?

Our acrylic pins and acrylic magnets include a small backing (either a pin or magnet) attached to the reverse side. Depending on your design, especially if it includes transparent or clear areas, that backing might show through your acrylic. To prevent this from occurring, we may move the placement of the backing during the production process. Want to be extra safe? You can add a white background behind your design. This acts like a shield, blocking the backing from showing through. Below is a visual showing how the backing looks on a clear design vs. one with a white background. A little tweak can make a big difference!

How do you add a border in Illustrator?

Preparing your artwork with a border and/or cut line will help ensure that your sticker will be cut exactly as you intended. The process is slightly different depending on your file format, so we provided instructions for both Photoshop and Illustrator. ###1. Resize your artwork: Open your file in Adobe Illustrator and select your entire design. Set the size to the size you’d like your sticker to be. ###2. Duplicate your artwork: With your artwork selected, click Edit > Copy, then Edit > Paste in Place. This creates a copy of your artwork in the exact same position. ###3. Add a stroke: Change the color of the duplicated artwork to your desired border color. Use the Stroke panel to add a stroke with round caps and corners. Set a weight that creates a border size you like. ###4. Expand the stroke: With the object still selected, click Object > Expand. Confirm Stroke is selected and click OK. From the Pathfinder panel, click Unite to create one unified shape. ###5. Clean up your border: Depending on the shape of your design, you may have some inner areas that need to be filled in or rough edges that need to be smoothed out. Once you’re happy with your border, click Object > Arrange > Send Backward to move your border behind your artwork.

Are there limits to the file size I can upload?

How does auto-approving proofs work?

During checkout, our system will scan your artwork to determine if a proof is necessary. If you submit high-quality artwork, you'll have the option to skip the proof approval process, and your order will be sent to production right away. If you'd still like to see a proof, you can choose to have one sent by selecting No thanks. Can you print gradients on acrylic products?

All of our custom acrylic charms, custom pins & custom keychains are printed with a white ink layer behind your design to preserve opacity. Because of this white ink layer, we cannot create semi-transparent artwork or gradients on acrylic products.

Artwork specifications for die cut stickers and labels

Here are some general guidelines on our artwork requirements for custom stickers and labels. This does not include transfer stickers or vinyl lettering. Please note the requirements for our other products will vary.  Resolution requirements Artwork should be vector files or raster images with at least 300 PPI. Acceptable file formats We accept most file formats, the most common of which are listed below. If you upload an incompatible file, we’ll reach out during proofing to work with you.  Vector types: Illustrator, PDF, EPS, SVG, SketchApp Raster types: PNG, JPG/JPEG, TIF/TIFF, PSD, PDF Other programs: DOC/DOCX, PPT/PPTX Read more: What file formats do you accept? Read more: Raster vs. Vector Border requirements (minimum and standard size) Artwork will be proofed with our standard border size. If you’d like a smaller border size, please specify this when you upload your artwork.  Our standard border size is .1” (1/10”) Our minimum border requirement is .0625 (1/16”) Bleed requirements If you’d like your artwork to have a bleed, we have a bleed requirement of .0625 (1/16”) surrounding the cutline. This cannot be changed. This does not need to be on a separate layer or named “cut line”.  It is not necessary to specify a cut line. Line thickness requirements: We recommend a minimum line thickness of 1 pt to ensure quality and legibility. If your line is illegible, we'll reach out during proofing to work with you. Color requirements To ensure the closest match to your desired color for print, we recommend CMYK colors. We also offer a variety of custom sticker templates to help format and design your stickers!

How do I share artwork?

You can share artwork through the reorder tab. Hover over an artwork that you'd like to share and select “Share”. From here, you can either: Share with an individual share link. Share to your store. Share with a team.

Can you remove a watermark from artwork?

No, we are unable to remove watermarks from artwork. We respect the individual rights of artists and their artwork and are unable to remove watermarks from any artwork.
