D verification may fail if: You're not located in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Your ID is expired or isn't an accepted form of identification. Your selfie doesn't match your ID photo. Your ID has already been verified on another account. Only one account can be verified at a time. You have 24 hours to complete verification and can make up to 5 attempts. If you're still unable to verify your identity, contact us for help.
Commissions lets you earn money by referring new customers to Sticker Mule. A new customer can become your referral by: Using your unique Commissions link Entering your referral code when signing up Purchasing through your Store Joining through your Give giveaway Joining through your Write blog Once someone becomes your referral, you'll earn Commissions on their eligible purchases for one year. The one-year period begins when they become your referral, even if they don't place their first order until later. Customers who sign up using your Commissions link or enter your referral code will also receive a $10 credit. You can track your referrals and earnings from your Commissions dashboard. A referral is a new Sticker Mule customer who uses your Commissions link to sign up or make their first purchase. Once they're attributed to you, you'll earn Commissions on their eligible purchases for one year. Only one person can receive Commissions for a new customer. If the customer was already attributed to another referrer, their purchases will earn Commissions for that original referrer.
You earn a 10% Commission on eligible orders placed by your referrals for one year. If your referral creates a Store, you'll also earn a 10% Commission on eligible sales made through their Store for one year. Commissions are calculated from the order total, including shipping, but exclude: Taxes Store markup revenue Gift card purchases There is no minimum payout amount.
Commissions are attributed based on the referral link originally used by the customer. If someone purchases from your Store but was already referred through another person's Commissions link, the Commission will go to the original referrer
Each product and your Store have a share link you can use to promote them. Share your links through social media, email, your website, blog posts, or anywhere else you'd like to drive traffic and earn Commissions.
No. If your referral checks out as a guest, their purchases will be linked to the email address used at checkout. Future eligible purchases made with that same email address will continue to earn you Commissions.
No. Commissions is currently available to residents of the US, Canada, and Mexico. US territories are not currently supported. We're working to expand Commissions to additional countries.
No, old referrals do not count toward commissions.
Yes! Once your earnings are available in your wallet, you can apply them toward a Sticker Mule order at checkout. Earnings appear as pending after a referred customer places an order and become available once the order ships.
Yes. Your existing affiliate link will continue to work as your Commissions link, including any links or embed banners you've already shared. New users who sign up through that link will automatically be added as your Commissions referrals.
You will receive a commission for one year. After one year, referee purchases no longer generate commissions.
Yes! Team accounts can sign up for Commissions and can earn markups.
Commissions appear in your Earnings page immediately after an eligible order is placed. Earnings remain pending until the order ships, at which point they become available.
If you earn $600 or more in Commissions during a calendar year, you will receive a Form 1099-NEC for your earnings.
No. Eligible Commissions can be earned from Store orders regardless of where the customer placing the order is located. Currently, only participants in the United States, Canada, and Mexico can be verified to join the Commissions program.
If you leave the Commissions program, your wallet balance will be reset to $0, your wallet will no longer be available, and any Store markups will be reset to 0%. Before leaving the program, make sure any earnings you want to receive have been paid out.
The Commissions page shows your referrals and lets you invite new people to earn Commissions. Referrals remain eligible for one year. The Earnings page shows transactions that have earned you money, including Commissions and Store markups.
Yes. If the person has a Sticker Mule account, you can see who earned you Commissions or purchased from your Store. If they don't have an account, the transaction will appear as anonymous.
