Why was my artwork rejected?

There are 4 reasons we may reject your artwork when ordering a Redraw:

1. If your artwork is too complex
2. If your artwork lacks enough detail or clarity to reproduce accurately
3. If your artwork contains a watermark
4. If we are unable to open the file submitted
