Job description

The finance project manager plans and administers finance-related projects. 

Work performed

  1. Oversees projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses.

  2. Oversees preparation, maintenance & training on corporate metrics.

  3. Gathers and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement.

  4. Establishes appropriate internal controls and project governance.

  5. Implements change management strategies, ensuring teams are trained and adjusted to the new process.

  6. Analyzes and provides guidance on significant expenditures & pricing changes. 

  7. Coordinates and provides guidance on legal matters across geographic locations. 

  8. Oversees and negotiates pricing & terms for significant purchases.

  9. Performs other tasks and special projects as requested.

Requirements

  1. 5 years experience in finance in an organization with $100+ million annual revenue

  2. Understanding of SQL and forecasting

  3. Interest in manufacturing & international ecommerce

  4. Open to candidates in Albany, NY area and Charlotte, NC area

Compensation

  1. Salary: $120k+ based on experience

  2. 401k plan with 4% employer match
