Sadly, one of the ten that I ordered was damaged in transit. I was able to get a credit thanks to the customer service team who were quick and prompt with helping me figure out the best solution.

This is the only thing so far that I did not like the quality.

WOW, couldn't be more pleased! We are giving away winter coats to kids in need and wanted to create a memorable zipper pull to remind them of the love that is all around them. These charms are perfect for just a project.

These charms turned out exactly as I envisioned them. They turned my logo into a cute keychain charm/book bag pull & I LOVE IT! Colors & quality are spot on. Will definitely order again.

The design came out perfect! It really highlighted. Only issue I had was the silver pieces were extremely hard to move, even with pliers
