I was very satisfied with the customer service. They have insanely fast turnarounds. The stickers are very nice and I would rate them a 5 star but the shipping for the charms, ear savers, and pins was very poor. When I had opened the package for my pins 5/10 of them had been scratched to the point where I would not wear them. I really recommend making acrylic charms double-sided. One of my charms came out very scratched off, I am assuming because they're rubbing against each other. I had to add the protection myself and putting resin on the exposed image side.

I was really disappointed with them what I received was very different from the proof the background was supposed to be white instead I ended up with something clear where you can barely see the logo and the acrylic have scratches no shine there is no way I give them to my clients very very disappointed! Waste of money.

I loved the packing and the gifts. And the product is of great quality.

They look great, but I would suggest sealing the back of the charms, in the future. I'm sealing them myself because I don't want the decal to come off. Overall, though, they're great!
