Pin backs not placed consistently

Ordered 100 buttons and the direction of the pins on the back of the buttons are not consistent. Some run horizontal, some run vertical and the rest are in weird angles. The colors printed don't match the colors on stickers I ordered of same logo at same time. Not the end of the world but disappointing.
