LOST PACKAGE HAD TO BE REPLACED RESULTING IN MISSED HOLIDAY DEADLINE

Ordered in time for Holiday promotion for my business. First package lost.... Then Waited extra time and had to RE-Request replacement to be sent, because they never processed original replacement. Then on second attempt, you didnt make it easy, nor apologize for making me miss my HOLIDAY PROMOTION. Item arrived AFTER Xmas, and was originally supposed to be here 12/08/20
