badly cracked plastic

i order frequently from sticker mule however when i ordered a bulk of keychains the plastic was so poor and were all cracked and could not be used, half of the keychains were wasted. i would love to carry on purchasing from here however i may have to resort to a better wholesale for higher quality keychains.
