Horrible Quality

Received it a bit late, but still in time for Christmas, the Problem is, the print Quality is absolutely horrible! The print is really pixelated (quality of the pictures i uploaded were great!) And the biggest problem, the faces on the print a completely red, like you would've got an extreme sunburn. Would never order again...
