Custom Pins

I love the quality of my pins and the precise cut out that I ask for always. I am not sure if I like the new backs. The black rubber ones tend to stick out more when wearing them verse the metal ones you all had. Also the come off easily. I can be walking and or cutting one out the bag and the backing is gone. The adhesive on the new backs are not as strong either. Other than that which is important and can be fixable.
