Really dropped the ball!!
I was supposed to get my first shipment a week ago. Apparently stickermule made an error with the shipping label, but said it was an error on the post office's part. My package got returned to sender. Customer service said they would "rush" deliver a reprint of my tape... that took another week. Package got delivered yesterday and I was so excited, only to open the box and be so mad I could cry! I got someone else's order. So now Customer service is sending another "rush" order that's going to take a whole week, like I'm not running a business. So basically, this has pretty much been a month of me waiting with no tape for my packages. I've been delaying sending out packaging, as the tape was going to be the only thing I put on the outside of my boxes with my branding on it. Now I just have to send those packages out without my branding on them, which I'm pretty angry about. I wasn't offered any compensation, just told to wait another week. After I get this tape, I will be moving on to another company to provide this service for my business. I can't afford to depend on an unreliable process.
