placed same order as before they resized it differently

I simply re-ordered stickers I had before, same design and size, they were perfect prior. I should have paid more attention via the proof because they completely resized it somehow even though it was an exact re-order I was expecting the same product. They are TINY and unusable for what I need. I love sticker mule, but I don’t understand why they resized it to be so small they are 1”x1” basically when before they were drastically larger.
