Great ordering process. The first draft wasn’t right. I sent a note explaining. Instant response. No excuses. Within 5 minutes the new draft arrived, which was perfect and I ok’d it. Badges arrived promptly and are lovely - highly recommend. Will use again.

The tape we ordered looks great, seems to be great quality, and came well packaged. It would have been 5 stars but it took far longer to deliver than stated. We were however informed that it would be late (although no reason was given), and were given a refund on the delivery and a discount off our next order. For that reason we think 4 stars is a fair score.
