The ordering process is simple and efficient. The turnaround time from order, to acceptance to product in hand is very fast, with the longest portion being the shipping. The quality of the decal seems to excellent. Two areas where improvements may be possible: The color black used seems more like a deep smoke instead of an absolute black. This was my first time using Sticker Mule and it was so easy and the results are top quality and my clients are commenting on how good the stickers look and feel. Very impressive.
