chose the wrong art work for an order. because it was considered a "reorder", there was no approval step. tried to cancel the order within a few minutes but was denied by e-mail via a virtual assistant in some distant country writing from a script. very disappointed.

The fluorescent green wasn’t as bright as the proof but I’m not going to give less stars because of it. They still looked really good and the price was good too. This is a solid company and I will definitely keep going to them for my business needs.
