At first I didn't like the magnets cause they were really thin compared to what I was expecting, but they are excellent quality and this type of magnet allows me to throw them on the side of my computer case and not worry about it. It is totally calculated for problems to be addressed through email and not telephone to avoid the customer service team members to develop a repour or relationship with a customer that might erode their profit margin.
