Wasn't sure what to expect as I have never order custom packaging tape for my business. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and extra goodies. The instructions were also very easy to follow on how to use. Thank you!

So normally I am all for messaging them and trying to fix problems but I am getting to the point where I feel this is just how it is for them.
