How does SendGrid work with Notify?

SendGrid is an optional email provider you can connect to Notify using your own SendGrid account and API key. Resend remains the default email provider.

When you connect to SendGrid:

• Your verified SendGrid sender addresses will appear in the From dropdown when creating a campaign.

• Sticker Mule does not charge for campaigns sent through SendGrid. Any SendGrid costs are billed directly through your SendGrid account.

• If you add new verified senders in SendGrid, you’ll need to manually sync them in Notify.

• You can disconnect SendGrid unless it’s being used by an active or scheduled campaign.

• Sender addresses being used by an active campaign cannot be deleted.

• If a campaign fails because of a SendGrid account or API issue, an error may be surfaced in Notify. Specific failure details are also logged internally.
