Much lover for Stickermule, not so much for “pinmule” sadly
Short answer: great proof and customer service, fast shipping, but scratched and chipped on arrival. I’ve been buying stickers from Stickermule for years, and they’re always exactly what I expect if not better. Knowing their record I was beyond excited to see they were beginning to introduce pins! Obviously being able to have two products from the same manufacturer makes restocking orders etc. Easier and familiar, so it wasn’t hard to hop on the idea of getting some samples. From initial order to getting my first proof took a bit longer than usual at about 3 days however that’s probably my own fault for ordering on a weekend. Proof looked great: send it. Shipping was fast considering the postal/parcel services during a pandemic at about 6 days leaving total time order to delivery at 10 days, not a bad turnaround! However this is where things felt off. I open the packaging to see all 10 pins in the same plastic bag. Although I’m grateful for reducing possible plastic waste by packing each pin individually the soft acrylic pins were almost if not all chipped/scratched. Luckily the top flat portion of the pins had a thin plastic sheet to reduce scratching except one that didn’t even have a thin sheet And was so worn with scratches and chips taken out you couldn’t see the design layer clearly! This could just have been a problem from being tossed around a bit in its travels or a QA problem, who’s to say but not as high quality received as expected. I don’t consider it a big problem and I will try ordering again but at a much later date after some needed upgrades. And to be clear only 1/10 pins was what I would consider unusable. Others were maybe in the 75-90% quality level with scratched sides. Still love Stickermule, they rock. Just a learning process when adding a new product:)
