I have never had any complaints about StickerMule product quality. StickerMule has an expected 5-day delivery for packages under $21, using UPS Mail Innovations. UPS Mail Innovations uses USPS for last mile delivery, however in this case UPS delivered the package to USPS in Hartford, CT, about 135 miles from New Amsterdam, and USPS handled the last 3,000 miles to California. As a result, the expected 5-day delivery turned into 13 days. I reached out to StickerMule to ask them to check why this occurred (in hopes that they prevent it from happening again) and I was basically blown off by Customer Service. I use StickerMule when I am printing, typically as gifts, for friends, mostly because the quality is good and ordering is easy (pricing is OK and image placement and variety of styles is inflexible). For commercial one-off shipments I use Printify, and for large orders I use local vendors.
