Great customer service. It would be great if the magnet was a bit thicker -but overall satisfied.

At first, I had a difficult time finding out how to place an order but customer service came on a chat window and directed me and from there it was smooth sailing. No issues whatsoever. I ordered 200, then a second order of 200. They arrived on time, neatly packaged in 25 each. My club members were delighted. We used them as a fund raiser.

The magnets came out exactly as we had envisioned! It was a design we had created, and it was printed just right. 10/10 would order again.

I still love them! But I ordered 30 and only received 26, and 7 of them are a little blurry looking while the rest of them have the same excellent sharp quality as the first sample batch I had bought before. So not perfect, but I’m still happy with them for the most part.
