Reviews for custom posters

I wasn’t expecting the poster to be so matte so maybe I just misread the details on the posters. With it being so matte, I worry about scratching the print. The main thing I was disappointed with though is that it wasn’t clear to me that they used edge expanding software when I reviewed the proof since the photo I used wasn’t the perfect aspect ratio. The proof shown did not demonstrate poor quality or warn me that there was pixelated and poor quality in the images. You had to have noticed printing the first one, very disappointed we can’t use these
