I can accept the new order taking longer to produce but a reorder takes 8 days from order to delivery? Love your success but deliveries are becoming unpredictable when we create the orders.

These pins turned out super. Good color & acrylic is nice thickness. Protective film to proctct item until ready to use. The pin back is removable without damage to backing if want for another use. The shirt is good quality & weight. The HTV looks good on it. HTV has good colors, nice feel & washes well. (dry inside out in dryer - just an FYI not because of a problem). Would love to see the t-shirts offered in long sleeve

These are repeat to replenish for a vendor booth. The size is perfect. Nice edges, nothing rough. Protective film on top preventing scratches until ready to use. Lightweight enough for the ornaments (intended use) but also for jewelry

These turned out way better than expected. Submitting a graphic just a tad larger than offered filled the whole coaster & colors looks great. Using this for a fun giveaway

The material for this is super quality & adheres well & lasts. The colors came out vibrant. SM customer service - always - but especially when ordering very good about advising customer how their graphic might need tweeking,or reformatting to obtain the best results. That is appreciated.
