I have been ordering stickers from this company for years. They used to send a few extra stickers in each order to account for any errors or mistakes, and they no longer do that. On top of that, five of my glitter stickers are unsellable because they have ink smudging on the design. The glitter is missing in the middle of the sticker around the dog in the middle of the logo as in previous orders and this order. The glitter is just around the edge.

Great product every time!

This is my second order with Sticker Mule and they have not let me down yet. The proof process was easy, took so little time, and the quality of the stickers is perfect.

Overall these are great, but the proofs had a white background (which my artwork also had) and instead these arrived transparent. They look fine but my design is harder to see without the white background. Each keychain is covered in a protective film that you have to individually peel off. The glitter is missing in the middle of the sticker as in our previous orders and on the proof; it is only around the edge of the sticker so the dog in the logo doesn't pop. We would like the sticker order redone please. I wanted to add a photo but cannot.
