If you have a custom spooling request, please contact our support team.

We can print any size custom tapered label however, we'll need you to provide the dimensions. Here's how to get the perfect dimensions for your specific product. Decide how much coverage you want. For example, do you want the label to wrap all the way around the product or do you want to leave a gap? Do you want the label to reach from the top to bottom, or be centered across the middle? Take measurements. A fabric tape measure or ruler will work best for this part, but you could also use string and simply mark your finish lines. You'll want to measure the top circumference of your label, the bottom circumference of your label, and the height of your label. Generate your label. You can use this helpful and free tapered label generator to create a downloadable template of your label. Test your template. If you'd like to make sure your label will fit your product perfectly, you can print the template, cut out the shape, and test it on your product. Print your custom labels. Use your template to outline your design and place an order for custom die cut labels, which can be custom cut to any size. When ordering, your measurements don't have to be exact. Just enter the general height and width, and then leave a note in the instructions field when you upload your artwork with your exact measurements.
