For best results when shipping with custom poly mailers: Make sure the contents don't move around inside the mailer. Fill any extra space with packing material, such as bubble wrap. Wrap items with sharp corners or rigid edges in bubble wrap before placing them in the mailer.
No. Our custom poly mailers do not contain recycled material. Manufacturing scrap is recycled, and the mailers can be recycled after use where accepted.
No, but you can add a suffocation warning to your design if desired. Suffocation warnings are not required on our custom poly mailers since they're 2.5-3 mil thick. State laws require warnings on bags that are 1 mil or thinner.
No, they don't.
Yes. Poly mailers can be printed on the front only or on both the front and back. You can upload separate artwork for the front and back. Available print styles include: Full coverage Tiled artwork Margins around the artwork
Our poly mailer material has a smooth, slightly glossy surface, but the printed ink has a matte finish.

Below is a very rough guide as to how many t-shirts will fit into a specific size custom poly mailer or custom bubble mailer. Please note, this is a guide, not a guarantee. Poly Mailers About 2-3 medium shirts will fit into a 7.5" x 10.5" mailer. About 1-2 large shirts will fit into a 7.5" x 10.5" mailer. About 4-6 medium shirts will fit into a 10" x 13" mailer. About 4-5 large shirts will fit into a 10" x 13" mailer. About 10-16 medium shirts in a 14.5" x 19" mailer. About 10-14 large shirts will fit in a 14.5" x 19" mailer. About 1 medium hoodie will fit into a 10" x 13" mailer. About 2 medium hoodies will fit into a 14.5" x 19" mailer. Bubble Mailers 3 small shirts will fit into a 7.5" x 10.5" bubble mailer 4-6 medium shirts will fit into a 10" x 13" bubble mailer 10-12 large shirts will fit into a 14.5" x 19" bubble mailer
A 7.5" x 10.5" custom poly mailer weighs 0.03 ounces. A 10" x 13" custom poly mailer weighs 0.25 ounces. A 14.5" x 19" custom poly mailer weighs 0.4 ounces.
Our custom poly mailers are made with 100% polyethylene material and are identified by recycling code #4; the symbol will be printed on the bags. Recycling code #4 is often not accepted at curbside recycling programs. However, some local communities do accept it, as it is considered a safe form of plastic. We recommend checking with your local recycling provider for the most accurate guidance.
